Highly compact medical incinerator providing a reliable
solution to safely disposing of loads up 440.9 lbs.
Simple to operate with a counterbalanced, locking lid
providing easy access to the primary chamber for easy
loading and de-ashing.

Able to be trailer mounted as well as permanently
installed to provide rapid operation across most
environments with minimal interruption.

Operating with a burn rate of less than 50kg/hr the
AES200 is able to be judiciously loaded multiple
times during a day. The AES200 is a powerful solution
constructed from hard wearing and high quality
materials to deliver many years reliable operation.

Primary Chamber

  • Fully insulated internal lining with a total thickness of 3.9”inch. 2.9”inch high grade concrete lining and 0.9”inch block 1000 insulation board lining, with a coated protective zirconia paint finish.
  • Manually operated, securely locking, access lid.
  • Automatic temperature controlled on-off waste ignition burner complete with internal air fans.
  • Primary combustion burner air fans, automatically controlled distribution.
  •  One temperature sensor mounted point.
The Addfield Difference
  • Pre-fabricated robust mild steel casing, seam welded and suitably stiffened/ braced where necessary.
  • Lightweight resilient refractory fibre insulation lid, providing a tight seal, giving excellent thermal efficiency.
  • Primary chamber lining thickness at 13.9”inch.
  • Steel shell structures are painted using our premium two-pack, high grade paint system, resulting in a tough lasting finish.
  • Our AIC control panel located at the rear of the machine controls the function, temperatures and times of the incineration process.
  • Multi-layered refractory lining using cast concrete and insulation board, improving thermal efficiency.
